Olive oil & balsamic tasting in Ojai, California
Tucked away in beautiful Ojai, CA farmland is the Ojai Olive Oil Company. They offer a tasting board for $15, which was perfect for our group of 3.
We tried 10 olive oils and 9 Balsamic vinegars.
These are the infused olive oils:
On the left-hand side of the tasting board are the olive oils. The 4 oils on the left are classic olive oils. The 6 oils in the middle are the infused olive oils. And, toward the right-hand side are the 9 balsamic vinegars, which are imported and delicious:

My favorite olive oils: the Original & the Tuscany Herb.
My favorite balsamic vinegar: Cinnamon Pear.
